I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Paycom (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jul 2017
Interview
Long process. Recruiter called me on phone to talk to me about half an hour. Sent me 4 computer tests (10 key, excel, typing and personality) to complete. Called me back and asked me to come in for an interview. I came in and first had to take a math/reading assessment. Had interview with Supervisor and it was a lot about how I would relate with the people on my team and connect with our clients. Later that afternoon I was asked to come back for a second interview. The second interview had more to do with how would I accomplish all my daily tasks and meet goals. Next day got a call saying I needed to send references, do a credit, background and drug test. Long process, but I can totally see why.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paycom (Oklahoma City, OK) in Nov 2023
Interview
I submitted my application, one of many, and all of my information was saved from the last time. In a very short turnaround, they contacted me for a phone screening. They asked me some simple questions about myself and then gave me a lot of information about the job and Paycom. She said that she would forward me on to the next round and gave me some pointers on how to perform well in the interview stage. I received an email with some suggested material to review and notes on how to interview. My interview happened quickly after that and was just 2 other people and myself sitting at a round table. They asked only about 5 questions and asked if I had any questions. I asked my questions and then left. I got the call offering me the position the next day.
