I had a phone interview with the recruiter that took about 30 minutes. This phone screening went over things like work history and the role at Paycom that I was applying for. Thankfully the recruiter asked if we could take a few more minutes to go through a couple of practice interview questions which was helpful. Then I had my in person interview scheduled and it was with a Team Lead and a Manager I believe. It was a situational interview that took just about an hour total. Then I heard back that afternoon with the news they wanted to move me forward into the hiring process.

I really enjoyed both interviewers (Dustin & Tina) they both seemed very positive and very relaxed which kind of helped me feel a little more comfortable. I had fun in the interview even though it was virtually i could still feel like it were to be in person.

Was very fair and easy. They ususally schedule a 30 minute call to talk about your background then scheduled an hour long interview with the department managers where they will ask you some more in depth questions.
