Quick, easy zoom call. Overall pleasant experience. Did not get an offer, but the recruiter was very kind and helpful. There are several interview stages; I did the first two.

Only good part of the whole process is the Recruiter! They are on top of there game only because they have quotas for submitting candidates. Multi-step interview ... first one was with a manager in person. Overall office morale is immature frat/sorority. I would think that a top company such as Paycom would not have their employees blasting music at 7 am, sitting on top of there desks, and talking about there Saturday drinking. Manager cared more about high school than anything else which is extremely strange.The overall second interview lasted about 40 minutes. The third interviewer asked if I had any questions at the end but did not have answers to important questions such as turn over rate, metrics, and territory size. It was just comical! They definitely have a "type" when it comes to hiring and it is evident. They only use Facetime for there interviews which places an individual without apple products in a rut. Overall super strange experience and time wasted.

They make you take a whole day off work to come in and make cold calls for them. These calls are unpaid labor. They attend the meetings you book and still won’t offer you the job.
