Very professional and thorough interview process. Initial contact to all contingencies being lifted was less than 2 weeks time. My recruiter Kimberly was super engaged with my process and authentic with making sure I was set up to succeed with the interviews. She was easy to contact when I had questions as well. My first interview was via phone, then I went to the Dallas office where I completed the math and reasoning test followed by a video interview with a manager at the OKC office. Finished off the process with a third in-person interview a few days later at the same location. The thing I appreciate the most was that they take the time to not only get to know you as a candidate, but allow endless opportunities to answer questions and explain the role and company culture to also allow you to determine whether the opportunity is a good fit. I did not feel intimidated by any of the interviewers, they genuinely want to make you feel comfortable and discover who you really are.
