Don’t get too interested. A recruited approached me about a position and asked to speak with me. We set up a time, and she never called. When I asked if I had the wrong time or date she said it didn’t pop up on her calendar. So we rescheduled. Interview went well, she stated I seemed to be a great fit and will reach out in 1-2 business days. Never her back from her. What? You’re a professional recruiter, it’s your job to talk to candidates. It’s common courtesy to let a candidate know you’re not interested in moving forward. I recommend spending time on companies who will spend time on you.
