It was a great first impression when I originally knew nothing about the company, but through Sarah learned to love Paycom. It was a fast, professional, and straight to the point process. I couldn't have asked for a better process and quality of people interviewing me. Gained a lot of insight and valuable information from each of the 4 individuals I had the pleasure of working with. I must say Sarah was the most engaged recruiter I have ever met. Extremely passionate about finding the right person to help the company while being a good fit. 4 Interviews overall, all with decision makers that would positively impact me when starting. I politely had to decline at the moment. Unfortunately with COVID its hard professionally & personally to make the jump without getting the culture first hand (rarely do we face this). Professionally, I think its a great opportunity for anyone with a great company! I highly recommend Paycom.
