I liked having the initial interview on the phone and then the in-person interview. I felt like the initial interview better prepared me for the in-person interview. I appreciated the assistance from the HR team. The in-person interview was intense but I felt like the questions they asked helped me better understand the job.

Pretty average interview. They focused on behavioral interview questions and asked for them to be answered using the STAR method. However, I recommend not wasting your time on it if you don't have the necessary "professional experience" that they never said they required. Otherwise, good luck!

Phone interview with recruiter followed by in-person interview with employees. Then they have you sign a contingent contract before they do the background check, drug screen, and reference check. Everything moved quickly and efficiently, but seemed to go out of order.
