One of the interviewers was very disrespectful at the career fairs and she was unwilling to answer any questions or treat those with curtesy. She often swatted people away as there was no one in line for her compared to the other two people representing Paycom. Their interview was fairly simple in hackerrank.

Off the bat, the interviewed let me know that if I were to pass all interviews, I would be put into their "talent bank" (waitlisted). While I went forward with the process, this was not my primary concern. My process looked like this: Phone call -> Technical interview -> Phone interview -> Technical interview Unfortunately, the process was lengthy due to the first interviewer not showing up to the interview. I had it rescheduled and the interviewer showed up half way through. He was very nice and he gave me extra time to adjust for the tardiness, but I was a little exhausted already at this point.
