      Tech Lead Interview

      5 Mar 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Tel Aviv-Yafo
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Payoneer (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Feb 2019

      Interview

First I got a call from HR checking which position I fit into, though I believe it could have been done by my resume- fine. As time passed I thought it was a no but surprisingly they came back to me and set a phone interview (half an hour) - fine. I made time for it, and waited for the phone that didn’t come. Updated the HR, and we started 10 minutes late - ok. Then they setup a 2 hour interview with that same phone interviewer - little long but ok. After that they wanted a home assignment (supposedly should take 1.5 hour) which will be checked by that same person?? - 5 hours from my time and still I haven’t passed the first person in the organization?? This is where I withdraw my application.. I really didn’t have the time for the assignment.
