First had a screening interview with HR (on-line). Was pretty standard. Had several common questions ("Why did you choose our company?", etc.)
The second interview was with lead developer. It was an online interview also. Questions were pretty specific, nothing esoteric. And some live coding. Again, nothing difficult. Just to see how I think of problems and do I understand some aspects of the language.
Last part was onsite interviews. Had 4 of them in one day.
System design interview.
Programming interview
CEO interview
HR interview.
Again, very pleasant atmosphere, no questions that I found out of place.
Be prepared to answer questions like "What do you consider your biggest achievement/failing?",
"How do you respond to criticism?", etc. And not just answer, but discuss it in details.
Only con was that instead of promised 2 weeks of waiting for results had to wait almost 3.
But, then again, it was an August (time of vacations), so pretty understandable.
Also, when I get a rejection, I asked them to provide more details - in what aspects was I found wanting, but got no reply, unfortunately.
