online assessment is pretty straightforward, the HR are frankly and helpful. No fixed pattern, just ask about your career, why you leave, why peach, how do you like Japan, for a NTR, I didn't get much tech question, just basic airline operation question. Looking forward to the SIM in Tokyo.
