3 level interview with HR, Regional Supervisor and Site Manager. Questions are mostly behavioral and typical Tell me about yourself. HR will go over the job responsibilities prior to forwarding your application for next steps

What are your strength/ weakness?
Give me an example where you disagreed with a coworker/ supervisor; how did you deal with it
The process was quick and efficient, involving three separate interviews to assess skills and experience, followed by a personality test to evaluate fit within the company culture. Everyone was nice and they took the time to explain the position and answer my questions.
Short 30 minute situational based questions interview that was relatively simple. Also getting to know you questions like why this job, how flexible are you and how good is your communication

Interview
It was for about 30 minutes. There were 6-7 questions. Some were direct. Others were situational competency based. It was a telephone interview. Questions were relevant to job specifications. Questions were asked back to back.
