The initial round is based on your CV, Cover letter, and Portfolio. In the second stage, the HR and Head of Design conduct an online 15-minute interview session to know you better. You are not asked about your Portfolio at this stage, it's more like an opportunity for them to understand if you are a good fit for the company. After around a week they declare the result of this round after which comes the in-person interview at their office.
