phone interview, assessment, zoom video interview test, 2 30 min in-person interviews - one with VP and lead analyst, another with CFO and CEO. CEO asked off-putting questions that have nothing to do with the role. was ghosted for 3 weeks after the final interview and had to follow up multiple times before getting a decision. the role is only 45k.
