Penelis Consulting Engineers interview questions

They had a vacancy for a position as a Junior Structural Engineer, which I was qualified for. I had all skills and knowledge mentioned in the job ad, except for one software out of 5 they ask. The qualifications they demand are actually for a mid-lever candidate not a junior one. They ask for CVs via email to which they do not even respond that they received your data. Of course 3 months later I do not expect a rejection email, cause that would mean they actually care about their image and the time the candidates spend to send them their resume.
