Contacted by one of their recruiters, informal conversation with hiring manager, followed up by a competency style interview asking for examples of when you've demonstrated a unity or behaviour to align with their values with the hiring manager plus one.

Question 1
How I'd got something done when the situation was a bit complicated and I had to persuade others.
In total 3 stages of interviews including a call with the recruiter. All within 2 weeks. Swift feedback after each round and generally very positive atmosphere. They did provide a lot of information about the role and company.
Competency based interview questions after an intro with the hiring manager who had reached out to me on LinkedIn as we were already connected with each other. The competency based interview lasted around an hour, and I was provided with the competencies beforehand so I could prepare, and bring my best responses.
