Very relaxed interview, poor follow up and expecting too much from candidates in terms of experience for a very limited salary range. Seemed like more questions surrounding digging into processes of other agencies than focus on the candidate interviewing.
I felt there was a lack of clear communication. It wasn't entirely clear to me what specific qualifications or experience they were looking for in the ideal candidate. I also receive quite awkward and not constructive feedback after the interview.
