Hard to respond to a few things like the gossip from other companies; Perch is being recognized as the industry leader for In Store digital advertising these days so, some want to take shots- I would Iove to know what they said 😋. As to the gossip on the floor - we are indeed a lively bunch so, I hope that is not a negative. That said, we can tell you that much of the "gossip" shared in this review is inaccurate. Our CEO joined us just under two years ago but none of the senior management were friends before they started. I'm an HR consultant and worked with Trevor previously, and while we don't hang out socially, I do consider him a friend. No one in Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering or Ops had been friends or worked with him before. And....we are proud of our diversity here at Perch, a tech company that is just about 50% female, including the sales team - which is where I think you interviewed. So, thank you again for interviewing with us and we are sorry you walked away with an inaccurate view of us.
