Overall, the experience was very positive up until the case study stage.
The case study required a significant time investment; it took me two full days to complete, including preparing and submitting both the solution and a recording. After submitting, I did not receive any response for almost a week, despite following up multiple times.
When I was eventually contacted, I was informed via a brief call that the position had been filled internally. Unfortunately, I did not receive any feedback on my case study.
While I understand that hiring priorities can change, it was disappointing to go through such an extensive process and invest considerable time without receiving feedback or timely communication.
