Super junior recruiter, initial screening, they contacted me. Already have a job and pay not competitive at all to leave and to go to a demanding startup environment. Gym perks and snacks in the office are not going to sell me. Not a fit with that piece but recruiter said she would email me right after and ask for my résumé and wanted to proceed and never heard back. Not that I cared with the pay scale but leaves a bad taste in your mouth about the company and lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.
