There was a panel interview, more about personality and culture fit than how technically skilled you are (as long as you're trainable), as well as a solo interview with the supervisor.

Interview
Fairly long, but straightforward process. Was contacted roughly two to three weeks after applying online. Both the in-person, and subsequent phone interviews were not too complicated. They were nice enough to even follow up with meetings with current clients. Overall, the process is relatively painless, but the huge underlying factor here is to have patience as the selection process is stringent.
