Hi, Didn't like the interview experience with Personal Group. Firstly, The HR scheduled meeting couple of times once didn't join because of an emergency and next time Didnt join because she didn't knew whether there was aeeting scheduled although she shared her calender herself which I booked as per her availability. Secondly, the interview process was so confusing that still I do not know the outcome leave the feedback part. As per the HR I was supposed to have one excel test (which I completed) one Team Manager round and final round of interview with Directors. After excel test I received another assessment from some third party agency named Test Gorilla. I received excel test from HR with the instructions that if at all I am unable to understand something I should Contact her directly. But till now I have dropped 7 emails to the HR for explanation on Test gorilla and called her twice (she said to call if in any trouble understanding the test) but she didn't bother to respond. So Personally I feel the interview experience is worse as the team didn't value the time or expertise of the candidate. I hope they change or eliminate such hiring patterns to avoid giving bad experiences to the genuine candidates. Thanks

My advice is stay away from this company they don't know what they doing.They are paying little money for the role and you have to go for 4 interview stages. The HR person is very terrible at her Job and also don't know what she's looking for either
