Straight Forward: 3 interviews
My initial 2 interviews were with store managers, and the last was with a third and the district manager. Each lasted roughly 1 hour and we really talked about the basics on managing in a retail environment. Job offer was a few weeks later. The company was willing to pay for talent, but the expectation of performance and in short time span was a must.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PetSmart
Interview
Internal hire so process was fairly simple. One interview with DL who I already knew then second with DL of another district. I was offered the position the same day as second interview. Salary negation went smoothly countered once and was given what I asked for.
