Very quick and easy! Many of the questions were aimed at getting to know me better, including my areas of interest and gauging my experience working with children, as well as specific activities that are part of the school's daily tasks.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy in my opinion. First you did a lengthy phone interview which asked the typical questions like; whats your worst quality? What would you bring to the school? Why should we hire you over other potential teachers?
After the phone interview you go in person. At that point they did not ask me many questions and offered the job position.
