First they Conducted one Technical written test with some programs, in that round they give some basic level of programs to solve. After clear that round they inform me through telephone, and then second round schedule one fine day. In 2 round they increase standard of problems. After cleared this round face to face interview conducted. After this one one telephonic round is there. After telephonic round HR discussion is there. this is the total interview process which i have face in Pharma Soft Sol.
