There were two interviews after passing the tests.
The first interview covered motivation questions: why you want to work in the tobacco industry, why PMI, why the role etc.
The second interview was part of an Assessment Centre which also included a Presentation. The interview covered competency questions

Overall satisfied with the interview process. Got to stage 3 which is a face to face interview. The lady interviewing me was really nice and asked relevant questions. She even offered me feedback of the interview. However, the I emailed for feedback she never replied.
