Interview consisted in 3 different processes, first one was a call with an HRBP, followed by a competence online assessment, followed by a call with the line manager, HRBP, and another representative. This call also follows a business case where you have 1 hour to analyse and prepare a presentation.

Tell me what methods/processes you use to manage your people to, which is, on your belief, the most efficient way of managing.
It was ok, some questions are irrelevant, but overall experience can get by. Honestly, if you don't mind working for philip morris international, you will not mind the quesitons

The interviewer asked about my previous job but she doesn't care for the answer.
A terible and very confused interviewer.
I had the feeling that she is in the wrong job.
