The best is get a recommendation by an employee. The company hires through agencies like Addeco. Anyway, if you applied, the first you will receive the online test to measure your abstract thinking, math and reading skills. Then they will call you for phone interview and only after this you can have an appointment for face to face interview.

I was directly approached by HR via LinkedIn. First round virtual interview with line manager and HR. Second round interviewed in the office. Interviewers were late. After interviewing, the company decided they wanted to change the role.

Straight forward process, and communicated what steps will be. Included 3 interviews plus online assessment/test. Have references ready and background/criminal check will be required. First interview will likely be with talent acquisition specialist, and then hiring manager, and final with panel of hiring manager plus at least one additional senior manager. Process from start to offer was about 4-6 weeks.

Required to complete a case study followed by interview with hiring manager and HR. It was professional and systematic. The case study preparation was only given 1 hr, need to be precise and fast
