Have you ever been into a difficult situation, how you mitigate it?
Initial process conducted using Hirevue. The questions were relevant with our past experiences. for sure started with introducing yourself, how did you handle problem with minimum information, teamwork related, and leadership related.
Using the ai interview with a very comprehensive questions showcasing the applicants skillset, then going towards the assesment using all behavioural and cognitive ability test. Philip Morris International’s interview process typically involves online application screening, aptitude and English tests, HR interview, technical or business interview, case study, and final managerial assessment.

Good interview first round, with a concept of video interview and study case given time to answer in 2 minutes. After that they give analysis on your answer, and then they give you task to do an assignment.
