Philippine Daily Inquirer interview questions

The interview was slightly informal. The officers asked relevant questions and were engaging and polite. They also asked questions about my interests and hobbies and my expectations for the job.

The first part of the process includes an interview with HR and a three-part exam (grammar and writing test). The interview was casual, but personal questions like whether I have a boyfriend was asked when we talked about the time management needed to handle the job of a reporter. The second part of the assessment includes a long exam (logic, clerical, etc.) and an interview with the editor. There was also an on-the-spot writing test during the interview where I was provided a short prompt and instructed to write a news article in 10 minutes. I didn't get in after the second part, but I believe there's another interview if ever you pass this stage.
