The interview was very brief. It was a one day process for me since all the interviewees were already present during the day of the interview. I had to take an exam then waited for the schedule of my 1:1 with my direct supervisor/hiring manager. Since the owner/sales head was already there, he interviewed me with a panel and offered me the job right then and there. I was asked to think about it and then gave me their offer that same night. I responded within one week and the rest was history. Literally.
