First and foremost, we'd like to apologize for the negative experience you described in your review. That is never how Phoenix wants our prospective employees to feel walking away from an interview, offer negotiation, etc. I recall this conversation clearly, and ultimately, it came down to a cultural fit issue.
Phoenix takes a lot of pride in not only hiring to further careers in the direction individuals want to go but also hiring according to our core values of being:

While the conversation was disappointing on both ends, it was made clear that this was not a suitable fit for either you or the company, and it was decided to part ways.
