Interview
The initial interview was a phone call with a recruiter which lasted about 30 minutes. They asked basic questions about background and explained what the position entailed. They then asked if there were any questions and I asked questions clarifying the job responsibilities/ what success looked like in the role.
Very straight forward. Use of automated self recording initially. Interface was easy to use and not complicated at all. I would recommend preparing a well thought out introduction in order to equip yourself for success.

Interview
A three-part interview process after the phone screen. The interview process was all virtual. The first two interviews were just 30 minutes long with one person one-on-one. The final interview was an hour and forty-five minutes long meeting with three different people. You have to create a sales pitch for Phreesia in the last portion of this interview.
