The overall hiring took over 1 month process.4 rounds of interviews 1st round was the phone screening with recuiter .2nd round was troubleshooting round(technical) 3rd round was with the hiring manager and 4th round was 1.5hrs long with VP,other department manager and team lead

Interview
6 Interviews conducted by 7 people. Seemed as though there was no communication amongst interviewers between interviews, and a review process at the end. Very time consuming, and each interview felt like starting from scratch, they wanted engaged questions. but after you've already had hours of discussion with various members of the team, it's difficult to ask anything new.
After 6 interviews I did not receive an offer, for a seemingly arbitrary reason.
Gigantic waste of my time, quite insulting.
