Group interview with 4 other candidates on g meet. There was definitely differential treatment given to each candidate on an unknown basis, but strange experience overall. The founder expects you to have passion for the organisation and work as an unpaid intern till you bring value to the company.

It wasn’t necessarily an interview, “interactive session,” explaining the ethos of the organisation
It was comfortable and questions based on our field of study was asked. Interview was informed two days before, and an overview of the process was given beforehand. Good experience.
