If you pass the pre-screening you will follow the next steps: 1.- Technical Test. A practical exercise which in my case took 7 ~ 8 h to finish. 2.- Technical Interview. A meeting with 2 devs where we talked about the technical test and my background. 3.- Cultural Interview. Interview with HR. 4.- Final interview. Interview with the CTO and the CEO. Don't be overwhelmed by this lot of interviews, they have been very nice during the process. They have also asked a couple of former colleagues of mine about me (a team-lead and a peer).
