It's not grueling. You are asked to fill out a few pages of Paper asking about who you are, why you think you should be part of their team, etc. It is then followed by a series of simple tests but is telling a good measure of your ability which is used in the job. The same written responses from the first set of papers you answered will be used in the Person-to-Person. Be YOU while also holding a semblance of professionalism. YOU can only be you.
