Very informal and based on my interest in the industry. Started with recruiter, then MD, then other members of the team at various levels and then a second set of interviews.

Question 1
General interview questions about my interest in the business. All qualitative. Not too terribly challenging. Just wanted to get a flavor of the candidate.
Very behavioral interviewers. A few technicals towards the end of the process. Took about 6 rounds to receive an answer a process is an interview per week until you meet with the group managing partner.

Interview
The interview was a video-interview on a recruiting software platform called HireVue where you record a video of yourself answering 4-5 questions in 3 minutes and then submitting it. I heard back from them a little over two weeks after submitting the interview.

Interview
phone screen followed by interview super day, 6 interviews of 30 mins each with a panel of 2-3 interviewers. Some technical questions, one or two interviews dedicated to basic finance and IB concepts. Rest were behavioral.
