I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Plateron in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process moved quickly, but the technical interviewer's scope was way off. He fixated on topics outside the job description (JD), ignoring my conceptual answers and hunting for specific keywords like a state board examiner grading rote memorization.
Despite this, he approved me for the next round with the CPO.
The CPO round went smoothly; he was professional and engaging. But four days later, HR messaged that the technical lead had given a negative signal despite forwarding me initially.
If the first interviewer wasn't satisfied, why advance me and waste everyone's time? This inconsistent feedback left a bad image towards the compan.
Overall, a disappointing experience that questions their hiring reliability.

Interview
It was a good experience, i really enjoyed it. The company came through On campus placement from my college. It had test and after the test they released shortlist for interviews.
