Very practical and relevant questions asked. Highly competitive but stress free. The interview is in stages and was truly competitive. People were rejected from the interview as the stages advanced. Then finally people were picked based on the skillset they qualify for.

Interview
Interviewed with the Director of Sales 1st. He's a long time salesman, clearly knew his craft and how to sell the job. Gave a nice presentation about the company.
Interviewed with the Recruiter 2nd. She was quite direct. Asked a lot of questions, and even repeated a few to throw me off balance.
