Interview
The first step was a Case study which was followed by behavioral interview by HR which was followed by a case study debrief with one of the academy coaches. The debrief was mostly about the case and other technicals.
Behavioral questionnaire, followed by case study focused on accounting and business analysis, followed by a first round behavioral interview, followed by a final round technical interview with a coach. The process moved quickly and focused primarily on interest in public markets and intuition around business quality

Interview
Passed case study, then super basic HR screening with unengaged interviewer, then interview with program coach to discuss my case. Got asked random questions abt the supply chain of the company, and then a stock pitch of my choice that I was pressed on.
Fairly standard process. The order will likely be: your initial application followed by written questions, case study and then two rounds of interviews. The interviewer in both rounds were nice.
