Criteria pre-recorded video interview + HR Interview + Desk level one on one interview. In the desk level one, expect technical questions range from coding language to case studies. Be prepared for probability type questions.

Interview
Mostly motivational. Standard CV questions plus a bit of market news and your thoughts. Honestly nothing unexpected. Went through 5 rounds with traders plus 1 HR round. Questions were mostly the same in each round.
