Phone interviewing first, then the next step is the in-person interview in 1 hour and Assessment test in hour with the real platform of using Insightly in daily work. If you pass the assessment and interview, they will check reference before considering the job offer.

Interview
Please avoid them at once, if you get an interview call from them. They will arrange a fake interview where they would expect you to contribute like a full time employee. They want exact result but mind it, it is not a paid interview. In Sales role, as a part of the interview process some companies ask you to make some mock calls. Here, it’s just the opposite. They will set a mock interview to make real phone calls, delivering real results for which you will not be paid. So if you want to waste some of your valuable time, you can give a shot.
These are some of the work they might expect you to do for them during the interview.
1. Get some updated documents and certificates of a particular product from a supplier. Don’t try to get from internet as they want you to do their job by finding the right person sitting in some other corner of the world and calling him to get the job done.
2. Well they handle with clients who do not know what to buy. Their clients are ready to invest Million Dollars but they do not know what exactly they gonna buy. If we go to Walmart with 10 dollars, we know what all to buy. Anyway so during the interview, they will ask you to reach out to industry experts to find out what this client is looking for.
3. If their vessel is stuck at some port, they expect you to release that container and solve the issue on their behalf during the interview process.
Interview process is not difficult rather utter nonsense as you will do everything for them in two days for which there is no payment 😜😜😜

No interview question. I got a call all of a sudden while I was driving and was asked a few questions, which were not in appropriate. Then they qualified me to the next level which is the Assignment round and the detail of the “unpaid assignment “ I have already shared above.
