The interview was multi parted and almost all om the phone. there were three different stages before moving to the in person part of the interview. overall it was easy
This would be a great job if you like sales, but it feels very much like a pyramid scheme. The fact that I had no previous sales experience wasn't brought up at all, and the fact that they told me I could be an executive in the company within a year felt way too good to be true. My advice would be to stay away.

The employer just asked about what my background does to help the marketing process and then they spend the rest of the time telling about job itself. There was a lot of discuss about the kind of environment the business has. A lot of this interview was to inform the person about what kind of place you're applying for.
