Interview
The interview process is pretty smooth and laid back, kind of like having a friendly chat. You'll get to know about the company and what it's like there, and you'll talk about your own experiences, like the projects you've worked on and any teaching stuff you've done.
I had a 20-minute video interview with HR. We discussed my background, skills, and how I align with the company’s values. The HR representative was friendly and asked insightful questions.

After submitting my resume, I received an invitation for an interview, and after the interview, there is also another round of company introduction and teaching demo presentation, which I have not experienced yet.
