Waste of time and money. After 2 online interviews asking about manager scenarios, they scheduled an in person interview which is a 30 minute drive. The in person interview is with the owner of the company who spent a long time describing a very specific scenario that he wanted to see how you handled. Because apparently they had a problem employee and they were gleaming on if you would be willing to fire them. And only one other question about management style. That was it, less than 15 minutes and two very bad questions and a waste of an hour of driving.
And they are unwilling to pay you a fair wage for your work. The advertised range turns out they were not going to pay on the high end which was already insultingly low for the position of a NOC Manager.
Also, at the end of the interview as I was walking out, they then decide to tell me that I was not interviewing for the NOC position anymore, but it was actually a service desk position. Two very different roles and one I did not apply nor drive 30 minutes to interview for.
Overall, a terrible experience. A waste of time and money.
They changed the job position after forcing you to drive to come interview in person, ask very odd and borderline unprofessional interview questions, and refuse to pay anywhere near the high of end of their "pay range".
They owe me gas money for this.
