Franchisor interview. Mostly concerned experience in immediate area. Reviewed background in similar jobs. Reviewed background in area assess odds of immediate capturing of clients. Seemed very interested in motivation, more than emphasis on specific job skills.

Easy interview because the job is terrible and they will take anyone with phone skills. All you need to be able to do is pick up the phone and harass people on a daily basis. If you can read and speak clearly then you are the person for the job.
