I had a screening interview with the internal recruiter which was very casual, the questions were very basic and generic. No technical questions were asked because I was told my experience and qualification speaks for itself. Overall seemed positive and was told there would be a second interview with the hiring manager. This never happened and I recieved an automated rejection email, no explanation or feedback was provided. Overall a waste of time and a negative experience. If you are given an interview and are unsuccessful then a reason should be provided a reason as to why you were unsuccessful.
