They ask you some technical questions. And many of them are form india so it's really difficult to understand their English. You are going to apply for a job they don't provide any. They will get you in contact with companies and you have to interview. Better do it by you self if not they will keep most of your salary and no benefits

They will call you several times to see if you know what you say. All the calls are with Indian people that get angry when you do not understand them. They will tell you lies in order to go with them. Do not believe the "You will be training just 2 weeks", they will retain you for months without a pay. They will promise you a lot of things and none are true.
