Interview
1 30 minute phone interview and 4 45 minute video interviews if you move on. They use the STAR question format and ask questions relating to their leadership principles. They recommend having 2 answers for each principle, however being interviewed by 4 separate interviewers asking similar questions in a span of 5 hours you'll need more.
